About MomentShare

MomentShare is an adults-only, photo-first social network operated from West Bengal, India. Contact: [email protected].

Information we handle

• Account, login, recovery-email, session, device, network, security and aggregate operational information.
• Your selected name, username, profile and banner photos, bio, posts, stories, comments, follows, likes, saves, reposts, hashtags and reports.
• Private messages, shared-post and story-reply context, message photos, delivery/read state and reported conversation evidence.
• Firebase push token, app version, timezone and privacy-preserving diagnostics.
• If advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and UMP may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device/app information, consent state and ad diagnostics. MomentShare does not send usernames, private messages, profile details or precise location to AdMob for targeting.

Why we use information

We use information to operate accounts and social features, personalize public discovery, deliver realtime updates and notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, provide support, maintain backups and comply with law.

Public and private information

Your selected profile, public posts, stories, comments and social counts may be public. Passwords, recovery email, private messages, security records and private moderation information are not public. Authorized operators access private material only for reports, support, safety, legal compliance or service integrity.

Sharing and advertising

We do not sell personal information. Necessary processors may include Firebase, Cloudflare, Google AdMob and UMP, hosting and email providers, authorized operators and lawful authorities. Ads remain disabled until production advertising is configured. The app is free to use.

Retention, security and choices

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days; encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 additional days. We use password hashing, encrypted transport, restricted private storage, token sessions, rate limits, audit records and backups. You may correct profile information, manage privacy choices, block or report accounts, and request deletion.

Reward integrity data

When Moment Coins are used, MomentShare records aggregate balances, transaction reasons, referral relationships, check-in dates and anti-abuse signals such as authenticated installation and session counts. These records support reward delivery, fraud prevention, dispute handling and service integrity. Public profiles may display a public earned-coin total; private available, pending and transaction details remain visible only to the account owner and authorized operators when needed for support or safety.

Recommendations and content intelligence
MomentShare may use on-platform signals such as valid post impressions, broad dwell-time ranges, likes, saves, shares, comments, reposts, follows, skips, hides, reports, and explicit recommendation feedback to rank public content. Private messages, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, religion, date of birth, device fingerprints, and inferred sensitive states are not used for recommendation ranking. Users may disable personalization, hide creators, explain recommendations, or reset recommendation history in Settings. Optional external AI audits receive only sanitized content metadata and are never required for uploads or feed availability.
